Service Technicians

A unique benefit Edisons provides is product servicing.  Unlike other online retailers, we have a committed team of expert technicians on location that attend to any technical issues that may arise with your items.  If we feel your item is in need of repair, we offer free return postage for the first 60 days following purchase.  And in cases where the unit is to be returned following repair, it will be shipped at no cost to you.  For more information see Warranty and Returns.


Spare Parts

For added peace of mind, we keep a comprehensive range of spare parts on hand to support the longevity of your products.  As a well-regarded and trusted Australian retailer of machinery equipment serving consumers in both commercial and domestic settings, we keep spare parts in stock to ensure your products continue to operate at peak performance for years to come.  All our spare parts are available for purchase online, and in most cases are stocked in our Sydney warehouses for speedy delivery.  For further information, see How To Find Spare Parts.    

 

Warranty & Returns

Edisons offer a 12 month warranty on all the products we sell from the date of purchase if they’re used for private household purposes (unless a longer warranty is noted otherwise).  Products used for commercial purposes qualify for a 3 month warranty period.  If your item was purchased in error, or you’ve simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund.  For the full terms and conditions surrounding returns see Returns.
